Job Summary: As the Wine Sales Manager, you will lead our sales team, develop strategies to expand our market presence, and enhance relationships with clients in the hospitality and retail sectors. This role requires a deep knowledge of wines, excellent sales skills, and a passion for building lasting connections in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the wine sector.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and exceed goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Polish market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including restaurants, hotels, and retailers.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Organize wine tastings, events, and promotions to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the wine or beverage industry.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Fluent in Polish and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
