Technical Customer Advisor with Swedish
Miejsce pracy: Lublin
Job description:
- Handling inbound calls – 60%/chats – 40% (Swedish market)
- Handling telephone applications from technicians and installers of photovoltaic devices
- Diagnosing and resolving reports
- Control of appropriate technical solutions
- Collaborate with other levels of technical support and service engineers
- Entering data into the system
Requirements:
- Swedish – C1, Polish or English - C1
- Technical mindset
- Critical thinking disposition
- Possibility to relocate to Lublin
We offer:
- Competitive salary: 9800 PLN gross/month + bonus up to 500 PLN gross +benefits on employment contract (MyBenefit/Multisport, LuxMed, language classes, group insurance).
- Business working hours: 9:00 - 17:00 (Monday-Friday)
