Quality control specialist with Ukrainian, Russian and English

We are looking for candidates who:
- are fluent in spoken and written Ukrainian (C1), Russian (C1) and English (C1/B2),
- are well versed in MS Office package,
- want to have daily contact with a foreign language,
- are communicative, open-minded,
- excel at: meticulousness, accuracy and attention to detail, and are committed to the tasks assigned to them.
The scope of your responsibilities:
- listening and evaluating calls according to quality standards,
- creating listening summaries and reports,
- sending recordings.
