How you will make an impact
Global HR Service Delivery in Arla is a unique place where you can learn a wide variety of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, learning, master data management, mobility and more. We assist our colleagues as a 1st line support with HR questions and tasks across all levels of the organization. Moreover, we work closely with local HR teams around the world to deliver HR operations.
- Act as a 1st line support for Arla colleagues.
- Provide day to day support to Arla employees with self-service processes (chat, phone calls and case management).
- Provide professional assistance for Arla employees with global HR processes by responding to internal requests.
- Assist our internal customers (People Managers, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition teams and more!) in navigating the HR processes.
- Participate in internal and global HR projects to improve user experience and deliver top class service.
- Take service to the next level by ensuring professional, high quality and timely service delivery within your designated area.
- Work closely with colleagues in other teams in HR Shared Service Center and in Global HR.
- Ensure continuous knowledge anchorage across the team by updating process documentation and work instruction (addressing knowledge gaps in the team).
We are looking for a candidate who is a strong team-player, has positive attitude and an open-minded approach. Previous experience in internal customer service, particularly within HR area, would be a plus.
