Non-Voice Support Specialist Agent with German/ Greek/ Italian/ Spanish or Czech
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
Main responsibilities:
- Interacting with clients exclusively through email and live chat to discuss the companys products;
- Keeping players informed about new requirements and upcoming bonuses;
- Working closely with internal company departments;
- Offering prompt assistance to address requests.
