Customer Support Advisor with German

Job description:
- Provide assistance via telephone, e-mail, chat and social media regarding the platform
- Listen carefully and understand customer needs
- Building a good relationship with the customer
- Participate in activities and meetings to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- C1 language skills level for German and B1/B2 language skills level for English
- Good use of PC and online browsing
- Customer orientation and attention to detail
- High problem-solving capacity
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service will be considered a plus
