Customer Service Specialist with Swedish (B2) or Dutch (B2)

Remote work from Poland

 

Tasks:

  • Providing customer service at the highest level (chat/email/phone);
  • Responding to incoming calls and achieving goals set by the client and the company;
  • Adhering to the companys policies and procedures, ensuring the highest quality;
  • Executing daily tasks efficiently and within deadlines;
  • Achieving goals related to call quality and customer satisfaction.

What do we expect from you?

  • Language: Fluent proficiency in Swedish (B2) or Dutch (B2);
  • Experience: Super if you have sales experience;
  • Technology: Proficiency in MS Office and advanced computer skills;
  • Personality: Motivation and enthusiasm;
  • A modem with an Ethernet port and VPN capability is required, and it must be unlocked.

An asset will be:

  • Prioritization and planning skills;
  • Independence and the ability to work with minimal supervision;
  • Problem-solving skills;
  • Attention to detail.

Working conditions:

  • Mandate contract or employment contract;
  • Working hours: 8:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day);
  • Remote work from Poland.
