Job description:
- Effective contact with the customer only via live chat - 100% back office
- A positive, empathetic and professional approach to customers
- Providing reliable and accurate information in response to customer questions and problems in the logistics industry
- Active communication within the team
- Monitoring the chat and responding to customer reports in real time
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or similar work is an asset
- Fluent in Ukrainian and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent interpersonal skills and multitasking
- Computer and MS Office skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy to effectively serve customers in a variety of situations
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of the Polish language
- Willingness to work part-time on weekends
