We are looking for a Business Associate to cover a part of the market from our Polish office located in Katowice.
Business Development Specialist / Specjalista Rozwoju Biznesu
Location: Katowice
Job description:
- Develop and manage the business process of the company in the entrusted territory (customers acquisition, searching for machines, business negotiations, contracts preparation, signing and supervising theirs fulfillment).
- Participate in the strategic medium- and long-term business relationship with the clients (database management, phone calls, email conversations).
- Constant monitoring of the current situation on the used machinery market and regular observation of the competitors activities and projects.
- Developing and improving the existing database in terms of the quality and quantity of the information, companies and clients.
- Everyday phone calls & activities with the existing database and CRM system.
- Arranging and conducting the technical inspections of the offered machines in operation at their current workplaces.
Requirements:
- University Degree (Technical / Business background will be highly appreciated).
- Driving license (short-term international business travels are required).
- Excellent Polish and English. Other foreign languages will be considered as a benefit.
- Computer skills – Office and Internet.
- Strong skills of influencing and negotiation will be an asset.
- Self-driven, organized, structured and reliable working style.
- Ability to learn new things fast.
Resumes in Polish and English will be evaluated. Experience is not required, we offer the full training program and work implementation even for the beginners.

- Monday - Friday job with regular working hours.
- Competitive salary & commission on deals. Annual bonus based on goals achievement. The average monthly salary (depending on performance and personal success in the business field) is likely to extend 12.000PLN gross.
