Back Office Specialist with English

Responsibilities:
During your daily tasks you will:
- Reply to Emails/in-App messages
- support and assist the customers
- In this team we work 5 days per week, Monday till Sunday, on 8.5hrs shifts (including 1 hour of break), that cover day and night :(07:30-16:00; 14:30-23:00; 23:00-07:30)
Requirements:
Youre perfect for the role if you:
- love to help customers
- are curious, solution-oriented and enjoy learning
- You like being part of a team, but are also able to work independently
- have the ability to speak English at C1 level
- are available for full-time job
